You’re not broken, you’ve just never had support that fits.

You’ve outgrown survival. But you’re not sure what thriving looks like.

Let’s find out — together.

You’ve done the work. You’re self-aware. You know how you got here.

But what now?

You’re left with shame that still whispers.
Guilt that you know isn’t yours — but still clings to you.

It’s not your story anymore, but you’re the one carrying the scars.
You want to move forward, you need to move forward,
but you’re not sure what that even looks like.

You try to connect.
You try to feel close.
But the fear is louder:

What if it all happens again?
What if there’s no one I can actually trust?
What if this is just… how life works?

And the loneliness cuts the deepest.
Because even when you explain it,
no one really seems to get it.

But I do.

I get the spirals. The second-guessing. The nights you can’t sleep.
The way intimacy feels like a landmine — and the silence feels just as dangerous.

You’re not too much.
You’re not impossible.
You’re just waiting for support that actually makes sense for you.

I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk with you.

I’m not a guru. I’m not here to hand you a checklist and hope something sticks.
I’m just a human — one who knows this work not only from textbooks, but from the inside out.

I live with complex PTSD.
That means I know what it’s like to feel unsafe just walking through a shopping centre.
To wake up screaming from nightmares.
To cry into a pillow night after night.
To wonder if I’d ever feel like a “normal” person again.

I also know what it’s like to claw my way forward.
Therapy. Coaching. Years of boundaries, trial and error, surrounding myself with people who didn’t feed my fear but reminded me of my strength.

And slowly, I started to believe that the world didn’t have to stay as unsafe as I thought it was.

That’s why I do this. Not because I think I’m the expert. Not because I think I know better than you.
I do this because I know what it’s like to carry shame that isn’t yours.
I know what it’s like to feel alone in it.

And I also know the beauty of discovering — with the right support — that you can carry yourself differently.

I’m here as someone who’s walked it.
As someone who still walks it.
And as someone who refuses to let you believe you’re too much, too broken, or too far gone.

My style? Fierce support, zero fluff.

Trauma Aware

Identity Affirming

Deeply Relational

Peer to Peer, Not Pedestal

I don’t see your pain as a pathology. I see it as a map.
And we’ll follow it together — at your pace, on your terms.

You’ve never been supported like this before.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about finally feeling safe being you.

Most of my clients have done the therapy.
They’ve read the books.
They know why they’re stuck — they just don’t know what to do next.

That’s where I come in.
I meet you right where you are. No performative healing. No pressure to be “further along.”

Sometimes we untangle shame.
Sometimes we trace the roots of your patterns.
Sometimes I just sit in the dark with you so you’re not alone in it.

My work is intuitive, trauma-aware, identity-affirming, and relational at its core.
You won’t find buzzwords or silver bullets here.

You’ll find a real human who gets it.
One who challenges you when you need it,
holds you when it’s hard,
and reminds you what it feels like to be trusted again.

This is real support.
The kind that actually sticks.
