These Terms apply to your use of our website, purchase of our offers (including coaching, intensives, Voxer/DM support, memberships, workshops, retreats, and digital products), and participation in our online spaces (collectively, the Services). By visiting our site, booking, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we work with
- You must be 18+ (or have written consent from a parent/guardian).
- Our coaching supports personal growth and skills-building. It is not a crisis service. For emergencies, call 000 or Lifeline 13 11 14 (AU).
2. Coaching vs Therapy (important difference)
- Coaching focuses on education, skills, accountability, and future-oriented change.
- Therapy/counselling involves clinical assessment/diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions.
- We do not provide therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice within coaching offers. If we believe therapy is more appropriate, we may refer you to Intuitive Connection Counselling or other providers.
- Coaching outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
3. Not medical, legal, or financial advice
Information shared via the Services is educational only. It is not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified practitioner who knows your circumstances. You are responsible for your decisions and actions.
4. Booking, payments & pricing
- Prices are in AUD and may change at any time.
- We accept payment via Stripe.
- For payment plans/subscriptions, you authorise us to automatically charge your payment method until the balance is settled or the subscription is cancelled per these Terms.
- You agree to keep your billing details current and to pay all fees when due. Failed payments may suspend access.
5. Rescheduling, cancellations & refunds
- 1:1 sessions / Intensives:
- Reschedule with 48 hours’ notice via the booking link or by emailing us.
- Late cancellations/no-shows are charged in full.
- Voxer/DM support windows: Start and end dates/times are fixed once confirmed. No pauses or extensions for unused time.
- Groups, workshops, retreats: Tickets are transferable but not refundable unless we cancel or under Australian Consumer Law.
- Digital products & memberships: Due to instant access, purchases are non‑refundable, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- If we cancel or reschedule, you’ll be offered a new date or a refund for the affected portion.
6. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights under the ACL. If our Services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.
7. Your responsibilities
- Show up on time, complete pre‑work, and engage honestly.
- Use your own judgment and seek appropriate professional help when needed.
- Be respectful in all spaces. We may remove access for harmful behaviour (harassment, hate speech, spamming, illegal activity) without refund.
8. Community guidelines (online spaces)
- Confidentiality is encouraged but cannot be guaranteed by other members. Share mindfully.
- No recording, reposting, or sharing other members’ content without permission.
- Keep discussions supportive, non‑shaming, and inclusive of LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks.
9. Confidentiality & privacy
- We handle personal information per our Privacy Policy.
- We keep coaching conversations private except: (a) with your consent; (b) where required by law; (c) to prevent serious and imminent harm; or (d) for supervision/quality assurance as de‑identified information.
10. Use of AI & third‑party tools
- We may use reputable AI and automation tools (e.g., to organise notes, drafts, resources, or scheduling) and third‑party platforms (e.g., ThriveCart, Stripe, Calendly/Typeform, ManyChat, Make/Integromat).
- We minimise personal data shared with such tools and use them in line with our Privacy Policy.
- If you prefer we do not use AI for your 1:1 coaching notes, email us before your first session. This may limit features or require manual processes.
11. Intellectual property
- All program materials, videos, audio, workbooks, templates, and brand assets are our IP.
- We grant you a personal, non‑transferable licence for your own use. You must not copy, share, resell, or create derivative works without written permission.
- Testimonials you provide may be edited for length/clarity and used in marketing with your consent per our Privacy Policy.
12. Website & acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the site (e.g., hacking, scraping, introducing malware, or unlawful activity).
- We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
- We strive for uptime but do not guarantee the site will be error‑free or uninterrupted.
13. Results disclaimer
Your results depend on many factors (readiness, effort, timing, external conditions). We make no promises of income, relationship, health, or other outcomes.
14. Changes to services
We may update content, modules, schedules, or features to improve the Services. Where a material change affects a paid offer you’re currently in, we’ll give reasonable notice.
15. Complaints & dispute resolution (NSW)
- Email us first so we can try to resolve things informally within 10 business days.
- If unresolved, both parties agree to good‑faith mediation in New South Wales before court action.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss arising from your use of the Services, except for guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to re‑supplying the Services or refunding the fees paid for the affected Service.
17. Force majeure
We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, outages, illness).
18. Severability
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the remainder continues in full force.
19. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the checkout/offer page and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Services.
